Based in New York, Paris and London Frenchway Travel is a travel agency specializing in corporate, group and high-profile client and company travel arrangements. Our travel agents book worldwide flights, hotels & car rentals including multi sector itineraries and all aspects of ticketing. They are knowledgeable in International faring and have exceptional relationship building, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities for this position include: Booking international reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up when necessary to complete the reservation. Maintaining and promoting professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications. Remaining informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicating information to clients accurately and appropriately.
Maintaining client profile, ensuring specials requests and reward program information such as frequent flyer / driver / hotel stay are included.

Job Requirements:

ARC ticketing operation preferably at an OTA

IATA/ARC trained

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, and prioritise

Ability to utilise up-selling and cross-selling skills

Strong customer service skills

Competency to maintain positive client and co-worker relationships

Establishing, developing, and maintaining trust and loyalty over time a

Fluency in written/spoken English; bi-lingual in French is a plus
